What is a Reiki Session?

To start your Reiki session, you will lie down on a Reiki table, fully clothed, to receive through me the Practitioner, 'your Reiki Energy'.  It is best if you wear comfortable clothing.  Gently, yet powerfully, energy flows through me to you during various hand placements, on or above your head, shoulders, chest, stomach, limbs and your back. 

 This process promotes total relaxation, restful sleep and healing.  You will receive the energy you need to bring your mind and body into balance; many people feel tingling, pulsing, warmth or sometimes they even fall asleep!  It is also possible that you could experience powerful emotions during or after your Reiki session.  Healing can happen physically, mentally, spiritually or three-fold.

Distant Healing is available if you are unable to travel or if you live in another state.
