Reiki sessions are very relaxing.  It has been my experience in working with clients that many become so relaxed that they fall in and out of sleep. 

Reiki sessions, including consultation before the session and conversation after the 'table work', last about one to 1-1/2 hours.

Table work is when you lie down on a Reiki table, fully clothed, to receive, thru me the Practitioner, 'your Reiki Energy'. 

Gently, yet powerfully, during various hand placements you will receive this energy.  These hand placements are done on the front and back of your body; this process promotes total relaxation, restful sleep, and healing.
